The reference flow-rate table in §4.5.1 has an internal inconsistency worth knowing about: five of its six rows sit consistently ~3–8% below a plain velocity×area calculation (plausibly reflecting internal vs. nominal pipe diameter), but the 80mm row breaks that pattern in the opposite direction. Rather than silently include a value that may be a source-table irregularity, this tool computes the primary flow rate from basic geometry (independently verifiable) and shows the standard's own table alongside it for cross-reference, flagged as-is. Earth resistance values are NOT covered here — the standard itself defers those to OISD-STD-137, which isn't available to build from (same gap as the Lightning Protection calculator).
