Survey Setup
Point count = max(min points, ⌈π × diameter ÷ spacing⌉) — evenly spaced by degrees around the circumference. Spacing is a configurable survey-procedure value, not a hardcoded regulatory requirement — adjust to match your own inspection SOP.
