Oil-water separators, DAF units, and cooling towers handling process (potentially hydrocarbon-contaminated) water are found at many petroleum terminals, not just refineries. Verified directly against Figures 27–28 of this edition. Note the standard's own caveat: the extent of classified areas shown should be modified for nearby obstructions (dikes, hills) that would impede vapor dispersal, and for the proximity of other release sources.
