Grade classification and physical property compliance check for general purpose acrylonitrile-butadiene (NBR) rubber compounds
◉ BS 2751:2001 STYLE CHECK · NOT A REGULATORY SUBMISSION TOOL
⚠ Indicative tool only. Compounds are based on acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer reinforced only with carbon black, vulcanized with sulphur/organic accelerator, ≥4 phr zinc oxide, ≥2 phr antioxidant. No factice, reclaimed, or ground vulcanized rubber permitted; natural rubber may be used for "building tack" up to 10 phr. Marking BS 2751:2001 on a product is a manufacturer's declaration of conformity, not third-party certification.

Grade Compliance Check (Table 1 & Table 2)
Compression set: Part A6, type B test piece, lubricated, 24(+18/-2) h at 70±1°C. Low temperature: Part A13 using ethyl alcohol/CO₂ cooling medium, temperature at which stiffness exceeds 70 MPa. Leave a field blank to skip that check.
